    Instrument Overview

     This instrument is the third generation product newly developed by our company, and is designed and manufactured according to the standard test method of the national standard GB/7534-2004 "Determination of Boiling Range of Volatile Organic Liquids for Industrial Use". At the same time, it can meet the national standard GB/T 615-2006 "General Method for the Determination of Boiling Range of Chemical Reagents". It integrates mechanical, optical, and electronic technologies, and adopts imported sensors. The level reading of the measuring cylinder adopts an imported CNC optical tracking detection system. Automatically complete the entire boiling range experiment, widely applicable to organic liquids with a boiling point of (30~300 ℃) under atmospheric pressure and chemically stable during distillation (such as hydrocarbons, esters, alcohols, ketones, ethers, and similar organic compounds). Double tubes can be customized, and two sets of different or identical samples can be conducted simultaneously for experiments.

    Performance characteristics

    1. The temperature of the cold bath and the cold trap are controlled by a segmented program. The cold bath part adopts a metal bath technology that integrates condensing tubes and refrigeration evaporation tubes, ensuring direct conduction of cold and heat without liquid heat transfer media, which is both safe and convenient
    2. The instrument adopts a lifting and self-locking control technology, which allows the heating furnace to quickly lift and fall back, allowing it to stay at any position, truly realizing the non polarity adjustment technology. At the end of the experiment, the furnace frame automatically slides down, cutting off heat and waste heat, and achieving rapid cooling
    3. The heating furnace adopts a ceramic heating device pulse modulated infrared radiation heating method, with fast heating and cooling speed, ensuring safety and reliability
    4. Compressors, heating ceramic components, temperature sensors, and refrigeration diverter valves are all imported components, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of instrument data, while maintaining a long service life and low failure rate
    5. The experimental data is stored indefinitely and can be viewed at any time. A built-in micro thermal printer outputs test results, which can also be exported through a USB flash drive and printed on a computer;
    6. Electric furnace cooling. After the experiment, the cooling fan can automatically start rapid cooling
    7. Infrared modulation optical technology realizes liquid level tracking detection and initial distillation detection without environmental interference, automatically detects the position of volume zero point and accurately judges the dry point
    8. Coated quartz orifice plate, heat insulation without cracking, unique orifice plate installation structure, replacement of orifice plates with different apertures without adjustment
    9. Optional laboratory intelligent control module system can be equipped to achieve remote intelligent information management of the Internet of Things. The cloud platform can monitor the operation status of this instrument in real time, including user information, usage time, test duration, usage frequency, different usage scenarios, and other data.
